I understand that life happens, so I try to be as accommodating as possible. However, because it does affect my ability to serve all of my clients in a timely and professional manner I ask that all cancelations be made 24hrs in advance.
If you are running late please send me a text to let me know. Generally, 10-15 min late is something we can work with but it may mean having to cut out part of your styling time so that I do not run behind for my other guest. If you are going to be later than 15 min late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. If you are 15 min late or more and have not given me any kind of notice you will be considered a no-show, all no-shows will be required to make a 50% non-refundable deposit toward the next appointment before they can be scheduled for another service. This deposit will be applied toward your appointment after the service is complete.
