Once I have received your appointment request consultation form, I will review it and reach out to you by email or text within the next 24 hours with appointment details and scheduling options.
The profile helps to ensure you are booked for exactly what you need to be and prepares me fully for your visit.

The Consultation
The Consultation is the most important part. I like to be as thorough as possible. I'll ask you in-depth questions about your wash day and styling routine, your hair struggles and needs, and your expectations for your appointment.

I want to know all there is to know about your hair before we get started so that I can help address all the pain points you are feeling with your hair.

I also use this time for education if you have any questions about care for your hair beyond your styling routine.
After Goodbye
Hopefully, you have had a wonderful experience in my chair. I aim to educate, empower, and offer a relaxing experience.

My take-home styling guide should help you remember the step-by-step styling instructions you received during your appointment, and minimize overwhelm or confusion.

You may also expect a follow-up email with a survey asking how your hair and new routine are working for you, and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you forgot to ask during your visit.
